She was very responsive and dealt with all the issues we had with the planning process and even dealt with the builders quotes. She was always on hand to help us out if we had any queries or changes.

Karen’s work is amazing, we weren’t entirely sure what we wanted to do within our planned extension but Karen did! The plans are fantastic!!
We also know that Karen will be there if we need her as we go through the build. Both her & Kevin are always so friendly and very responsive to emails etc... We were so lucky to find AVA! Keep up the fantastic work!
