We had an assessment with a lady from Arbtech and we cannot recommend enough. She was professional, knowledgeable and really understood the nature/development balance, explaining ideas to us to support biodiversity. Her report was with us in good time. A good firm to deal with.

We engaged Arbtech for our preliminary ecology report, a new requirement under Barnet planning regulations. As newcomers to this process, Arbtech efficiently guided us through every step with professionalism and speed. We received the report within just 8 working days of requesting it. Highly recommended.

Best to avoid! We were provided with a report which does not meet the agreements as set out in the quote and also doesn't meet industry standards. When looking to complain to the CIEEM we see that Arbtech aren't members! Will have to go through the long process of a court claim as Arbtech are refusing to provide a refund and have been quite rude in dealing with our complaint. Please engage a reputable ecological firm instead of these jokers! There are honest people looking for a job, employ them instead.

Poor service & GDPR breach The person they sent didn't seem that confident in doing the survey. Having to ask a more experienced person for help. Didn't really cover all the areas we wanted. When I'm paying £1k for surveys I don't expect a trainee. They also sent me one of there other customers private info in an email which is a breach of GDPR.
