Rebecca is a superb architect. She made a potentially daunting home re-model very easy because of her expertise and attention to detail. We especially valued how much time she invested In listening to our thoughts and then transforming these into realities. We are design novices, so it was also important that we could trust our architect and Rebecca’s humble personality made this extremely easy. She was also happy to advise, guide and make suggestions throughout the design process liaising with us, the structural engineer and our builder throughout. Our project is nearly complete and it is looking like everything we’d hoped it would be. A top job.

Rebecca advised and designed an extention that was approved on a stone farm by Blackburn council. Rebecca's attention to detail and ability to listen to her clients needs separated her from the rest of the pack. I was extremely impressed with the way in which she provided a couple of view points for us and gave her professional advice on what would look best, whilst being sympathetic to a 1750's build. We instructed Be.architects to draw up some plans for a single storey kitchen extension. Rebecca conducted a site visit, we discussed our ideas and lifestyle. She came back with three great designs and it was clear that she had understood exactly what we needed from our new space. Rebecca was professional but very personable. I have been extremely impressed with the service that she has provided. I would recommend Be.architects as the whole process was timely and stress free.

We wanted to extend the house and convert the garage, but didn’t have any firm idea how to do this. Rebecca came and talked us through everything, drew up several proposals for us and helped develop the vision. She had the patience of a saint as our ideas changed throughout the process, and she amended plans until they were just what we wanted. She then drew up the final plans for the build. Rebecca then did the planning application to the council for us, which all went without a hitch and was granted swiftly. She also went the extra mile in putting us in contact with building contractors, as we were struggling to find someone we were happy with. We haven’t yet got round to building, the coronavirus pandemic halted a lot of our plans. We will be back in touch with Rebecca to follow this project through to completion when the time comes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rebecca to anyone, she is a lovely lady who did a fantastic job for us.
