are a Chartered Architects practice based in Staffordshire.

The Practice was established in 2011 and incorporated in Nov 2014.

We work on a National basis on Education and Healthcare projects form £2m to £10m construction value

We work on a regional basis on larger Commercial projects from £2m to £5m construction value.

We work on smalle and medium projects in all sectors less than £2m construction value in Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire, Greater Manchester, Derbyshire within a 100 mile 1.5hr travel radius of our office.

We work on smaller projects in all sectors less than £500k construction value in Staffordshire amd Cheshire, within a 40 mile 1hr travel radius of our office.

We are not taking on any projects in excess of £10m construction value or in excess of 18m construction height.

Buildings are treated on an individual basis on larger sites/projects; therefore if a site has multiple buildings we can take on these larger projects, where the individual building has up to £8m construction value. Our PI Insurance looks at the spread of risk between the Architect and other consultants ie the Structural and Civil Engineer, M&E Consultant, Cladding Contractor, Fire Engineer and other Specialist Consultants would all carry some of the liability spreading the PI risk.

Our multi-disciplinary Team encompasses wide ranging experience aquired whilst working in large practices based in London, Manchester and Warrington and for medium scale practices based in Cardiff, London, Manchester and Stoke on Trent. Working on both private and public sector projects across all sectors; we therefore offer large practice experience in an SME package.

Our experience also includes working in senior roles on projects with some of the 'Top 100' UK Building Contractors including Balfour Beatty, Interserve, Laing (John Laing), ISG, Wilmott Dixon, MACE, Lend Lease, Bovis, Bovis Lelliot.

We also have a strong working relationship working on projects utilising Offsite construction since 2008 and have won awards as recognised experts. We are open to approaches from other Modular Contractors who want an Architect with experince to work on their projects.

The Practice is backed by an established team of consultants, who assist with Multi discipline services.

We regularly work as a multi-disciplinary team.
We can offer multi-discplinary services, connecting to consultants we regularily work with, we are happy to source and deal with consultants on your behalf. We would prefer that the consultants are appointed and paid direct as this reduces PI premiums.
We were NHS SBS Shared Business Services Construction Consultancy Framework from 2012 until July 2023; this included our consultant team, to enable one stop shop services, these include: Architect, CA, Principal Designer, Project Manager, Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Structural & Civil Engineer, M&E Consulting Engineers, Planning Consultant, Landscape Architect, Ancillary Services etc.

We regularly provide 'Full and Partial Service' work for Clients and D&B contractors to provide One Stop Design and Build Solutions for commerical projects.
