Flourish Flowers was established by Angela Adlard in 2010. A love of nature and all things floral combined with passion for home grown blooms and years of hard work, Angela has created a business that prides itself on being one of the leading florists in the North West. Creating fresh seasonal bouquets, wedding flowers and workshops.
We run lots of flower workshops from our studio so if you fancy learning a new skill or hobby find out more on our Workshop page.
We grow most of our seasonal flowers locally on our allotment and any space we can fit a pot!! ordering less from the wholesalers, growing local scented flowers which help support our Bees. 2022 brings a plastic free florist with only craft paper and boxes for presenting our gift bouquets. Also replacing any floral foam with natural mechanics.

Bethany Fleet5 StarAngela from Flourish Flowers provided my wedding flowers in July 2021 and they were incredible. We had to postpone our wedding day twice (originally april2020, then april2021) due to the strict pandemic restrictions and Angela was so accommodating and really worked with us to find a date that she, our venue and other suppliers could do.
The care and attention that went into making our wedding flowers was outstanding. My favourite flowers are tulips and for the April dates we would have just squeezed into the end of the season, july however they’re long gone. Not a problem for Angela, she had tulips held in the Netherlands in cold storage to use in my bouquet and flowers in July. This was and is still so moving and something I will always remember.
The flowers were so fresh and fragrant, family enjoyed the table arrangements for about 2 weeks after. I pressed my bouquet to preserve it and they came out beautifully, which is definitely down to the quality and freshness.
So so happy with our wedding flowers. We pretty much planned our wedding 3 times and there was no doubt in choosing Flourish again and again. Can’t recommend enough.Friday 29th October 2021

Jayne Leeanne5 StarWonderful Flowers! I love Angelas shop, nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She can knock up a fantastic bouquet of flowers in no time at all and they last for ages! Angela also runs small courses in her store which are fantastic! I loved making Christmas Wreaths so personal.
