Had HiQ look at fitting raised decking to my property to replace some I'd taken down due to its age. Right from the start Gio was really friendly and trustworthy. Such a nice bloke. He helped us come up with a feasible solution for what we were after and double checked each step of the way to ensure it was on track and what we were expecting. Nothing was too much hassle. Gio and his team really went above and beyond and we're so absolutely thrilled with the end result and all for a fair price. As someone who had nearly given up on good quality house work over the past six years, with one 'builder' who literally took 2.5k off me and vanished into thin air, I cannot recommend Gio, Cullum and Jenna enough for the wonders they have done for me. From the point go, team HiQ was in top form, prompt assessment of the work needed, suggestions, following a tight schedule as per my request, brilliant execution, and above all an excellent approach to professionalism, trust ensuring work and excellent communication. Gio my friend , your attitude to work is amazing, and it wins you friends as it does clients. Seeing you train Callum in such professionalism is great. Shall very happily ask you for more work as needed for home renovation.
