Walter Bance5 StarMr Anthony Charlesworth of Horsley Hubert drew up detailed plans for a small extension to my home. The build proved difficult due to the discovery of a well near the footings. Building Control required assurances. Mr Charlesworth obtained the advice I needed from a structural engineer and following that advice the finished extension was granted a completion certificate. Throughout the build I found Horsley Hubert most helpful arranging a party wall agreement with my neighbour and generally ensuring the work was carried out to the highest standard with the best materials. I would recommend Horsley Hubert to anyone wishing to carry out work on their property in the area.Wednesday 30th August 2023
