Leanne has transformed my own home into something really special with her flare for design and attention to detail is second to none. She can handle the plans and building control side of my projects which takes a lot of the stress out of the development and allows me to progress with my projects. Leanne and Aimee have been so involved in our new project, took the stress and pressure off, everything ran smoothly. they obtained planning permission for our new Dress shop in Clive, They are now doing our extension plans for our house, super friendly and are always an email away if you have any queries.

Thank you for our unique, amazing space, we absolutely love it! House Gecko managed our project from start to finish, leaving us the time to enjoy the best bits. Leanne fully encompassed our sometimes-whacky design ideas whilst also giving us the benefit of her own innovative and creative expertise. Despite 'challenging times’ including several major storms, the wettest weather on record, oh and a global pandemic, the project was interesting, exiting, and fun, with lots of laughs along the way. An exceptional service provided by a friendly and professional Architect. Leanne was able to not only meet our needs but exceeded them in both the product which she developed but also the design which we settled upon. Excellent value, we had originally started with a different firm which we thought was charging the norm for the product we received. However, following a friend’s recommendation we spoke with Leanne at House Gecko and have been delighted with the service she has provided. Reliable and very reactive to some of our changing ideas, Leanne was able to take our rough, big handful ideas and craft a design and plans which we were truly blown away by! She had engineered clever use of space and incorporated how we wanted to live while maintaining all the utility which we required. All this quickly and to a very competitive price (better than any other company we had looked at). The finished designs were amazing. I can not recommend her and the team highly enough and would be delighted to provide further advice and feedback if needed. You will not be disappointed should you commission House Gecko, five stars across the board for these very happy customers.
