James is such a great professional! He called me right after the inspection to give me a summary of his findings and answers some of my initial questions and concerns. His report was great and very thorough. After reading his report, I called him and he spent an hour to answer all my questions about the report and also gave me extra tips on the maintenance, etc.

Bill completed the survey and gave me an honest appraisal of the property, identifying potential issues, spending time afterwards to talk me through the findings. Kerry was a dream to deal with and helped me organise an urgent RICS valuation of my property within 24 hours of me making the call.
