We’d certainly recommend Luxury Outdoor Spaces after they designed and constructed our Garden Room. Having looked around and done considerable research in getting one, purely by chance we were recommended the company by an ex work colleague. We weren’t disappointed. From our initial meeting with Lee to the competition within 8 weeks nothing was too much trouble. From the beginning with Wayne for the groundwork to completion everything ran to time with all the materials arriving like clockwork delivered by Adam. Andre and Stefan arrived every morning at 8 am travelling over from Manchester working tirelessly through until 5. Their attention to detail and professional workmanship along with John and electrician Steve is something the company can be proud of. Above and Beyond from start to finish! We met with Lee at home for our initial consultation to discuss our plans for our garden room project. His genuine enthusiasm was really appreciated and didn't pressure us in any way to commit. We felt as though he really listened and then described the process from materials used to how the building was contructed and its finished product. After a few days consideration we decided to go ahead with emails and communication being on time, clear invoice of terms, we were informed on start times, progress reports, detailed plans and any updates along the way. So it starts! Wayne came with his digger and removed 80 tonnes of soil very efficiently over a few days and then the grounds screws by another team went in after previous testing took place to make sure the ground was suitable. Jerszy made sure the levels of the site were correct and then Lukasz and Marek started the construction of the building and decking area. What a team! They were so dedicated and kept us informed of progress and tidied up after each day ready for the next. Each day felt surreal as the building took shape and whilst we had an image in our mind it was blown away by the quality of construction which surpassed our expectations. The sleepers around the decking was a great idea and the lighting really made it shine! This was down to the skill of the team who knew exactly what they were doing! Ste the electrician sorted the electrics which was so neat, attaching the wires neatly and nothing was too much trouble when we asked for extra sockets. The plastering was done professionally and smooth as silk! The finishing touches were all done on time and pleased with our choice of flooring. Lee made sure everything was to plan, visited the site regularly and kept us updated on progress. The whole process was professional and we can't recommned them highly enough. You made the building part of our home which we are grateful for!

Luxury Outdoor Spaces are just amazing! Our contact was Paul and what a lovely guy he is. From the minute you meet him you feel like you have known him for years he has such a nice manner. He goes that extra mile with everything and never makes you feel like it's too much trouble. He gives you ideas and advises you but in turn lets you make the final decision. He is clearly one of the best if not "THE BEST" in the business and we would highly recommend Paul to anyone who is considering have any kind of this work done. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. We had Alex the electrician to fit the lights and how beautiful they look with connections to the Alexa app too! For the fitting and labour we had Lucaz, Marek, Henrik and Stefan. They built the frame and put down the decking and wow how skilled are these men! The attention to detail is second to none and they all take such pride in their work as if it's their own. You can see when they finished how proud they are of their work. We would like to thank this team so much as you have completed our home and it made such a difference. Probably the best money we have spent on the whole build. We are so impressed with the quality and speed of our new garden office/playroom. Having done a lot of research into garden buildings we decided to opt for Luxury Garden Spaces and we weren’t disappointed. From start to finish they were professional, tidy and the quality of workmanship is excellent. Right from our initial engagement with Lee, it was a frictionless experience. He kept us well informed on what was happening when and frequently came onsite during the build process. Lukas, Mark and Stefan worked really hard – turned up everyday at 8am and did a full days work, we couldn’t believe how quickly it went up. We had two new rooms within 2 weeks – much cheaper than moving house or doing an extension. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex the electrician. I don’t normally write reviews but credit where credit is due. 1st class job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, you will not be disappointed…
