Absolutely delighted with the work James has done . Exactly what I asked for and more. Turned up on time to quote and to carry out agreed works. Cutting down 4 conifers and trimming two others and replacing fencing. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Professional and courteous service which is sadly lacking these days

Highly recommend! Jame and his assistant cut back a number of trees at the front of our house , they are not easy to manage as the drive is on a steep incline and there are approx 20 trees / bushes and not all easy to get to but they did a fantastic job of cutting them back and removing one which had died . Trees look really tidy and they did an excellent job of clearing up after - really pleased , they worked really hard despite the weather and great value for money , would definitely use again .

I used them twice. First time I was really happy, so much so I gave James more work he seemed like a good bloke. This time, they did not do what I asked and have left one tree in a mess (see photo). It was dark when they finished and i stupidly trusted James and paid him - he distractedme at the door showing me a dog bite no doubt to make sure I didn't see that they hadn't done what i asked. I called the next day and no response. I called from a different number and they answered, said they would come and look and never turned up. Then went back to ignoring my calls and texts. I sent photos of the issue and my number was blocked. I'm not going to say don't use them, but if you choose to, make sure you check you're happy before you pay. If they do a bad job, they won't come back and fix it they will just ignore and block you. I made the mistake of trusting him; I won't be using them again.

First time using will not be last. Process from initial contact to completion seemless. Very competitive pricing, excellent job on cutting and shaping laurels and conifers and cleaned up went finished. Highly recommended
