Gareth did a level 2 house buyers survey for me. I found him to be professional, reassuring and available, he took the time to explain everything to me using easily understandable terms. I received the full written report very quickly, plenty of detail but still easy to read. The drone pictures of the plot, and the roofs of the house and outbuildings were a really useful and unexpected surprise. I would definitely contact Gareth again without hesitation.

I have had the pleasure of using Gareth's services twice this year in Northwich and Sandiway. Sadly a property that I bought fell through, but fear not, Gareth was the consummate professional and ensured that he gave me some priority given my circumstances on the 2nd property. What has really impressed me has been Gareth's super customer-focussed approach. The two properties that he Level 3 surveyed for me were for period properties, and Gareth took the time to listen to my needs (including comparative valuations), and noted properly any concerns I had about the properties & their areas. He also impressed me with his follow up. The surveys were delivered within 24 hours of the visit, but he also took consiederable time to call me to go over the major points verbally and to give me some overall impressions. Couldn't recommend a service more genuinely than Gareth at Residential Survey Group. From the point of asking for a quote to the very end of the service we received, the communication, professionalism and thoroughness was 2nd too none. I even feel comfortable calling him up for a chat regards future advice in properties and will 100% look nowhere else. Thanks again for a great service and will be in touch no doubt in the future.

Gareth did a level 2 survey on a house for me and the mrs, it was on his last day before his Christmas leave and he did the survey and had it typed up same day! It was emailed to me at about 20 past 11 at night which we thought was amazing! The survey itself was very thorough and after having been in the house a little while there doesn’t seem to be any missed issues (touch wood) So overall we are very happy with our survey and would recommend and use again.
