Vickie Parker1 StarSent a cowboy to do our level 3 survey from Harp surveyors, (Adrian Robinson) don't waste your money, worth spending a bit more money to start with than to have to pay for another one. They don't answer you if you complain, do not trust this company

I complained about the quality of the report and was told I would have to discuss with the surveyor direct, it had nothing to do with Your Survey! Despite me paying Your Survey! Surveyor stone-walled me! RICs couldn’t help because they’re not regulated by RICs despite having RICs plastered all over their website. So now I have to go to trading standards. Charlotte Hoxha1 StarReport that was received was not very clear. In the summary of the report we were advised to ask our solicitors to request a building regulation document for a wall removal from the seller but then provided no reference/further information about this in the body of the survey.
I queried this further and the response I got was absolutely no help (just reiterated what was in the survey) so I went back and advised that I needed further information. It’s been over a month and still no response (I have had to use pictures of the property/online sources to work out what wall has been removed as best as I can myself).

Sarah Boyce1 StarTerrible company. I paid for a level 2 Homebuyers survey and around 10 serious defects with the property were missed. I'm not sure if the person who carried out the survey was a) qualified or b) actually went to the property. I have made a complaint to them and will be seeking compensation for their negligence. My advice would definitely be to steer well clear.Monday 4th December 2023
